When God called to train Church Planters, I did not know what to do and what to teach, even though I had master’s degree from Bible college and I was a Pastor for 5 years. The studies I had more of academic nature but the need was practical training. Not knowing what to do, I started the training with 8 people. I tried both my field experience and my bible knowledge, but I felt that I am lacking something.
That was the time God brought Ronald Vander Griend in my life. He is the one who showed me what to do next? and what to teach next? based on 2peter 1:1-11. This has transformed my life and ministry. I still follow what I learned from him. He made me think and come up with materials for the Church planters. In module 3 we help the Church Planters to teach the new converts the basic beliefs of Bible and train them to lead many to take baptism.
